Liberation from the Ground Up
Liberation from the Ground Up is a trauma-informed yoga workshop series, exploring healing, agency and integration through the body’s foundation. Rooted in somatic yoga practices, this series invites participants to reconnect with their pelvic center as a source of stability, power and self-trust.
Guided by Erin Anderson (Eadem Arbor) and Jess Peeblson (Wildlight Montana), each session weaves intentional movement, breath and embodied awareness to support personal and collective healing. If we want to heal the world, we begin with our own foundation.
Dates: March 22nd, April 19th and April 26th
Time: 2-4 pm, Location: Wildlight Montana
Please note that while this series is designed to fit together and each class will build off another, participants are encouraged to register for any/all of the dates that work for them. Registration for all three dates is not required. If you are only able to come to one date, you will still be able to enjoy a powerful practice and experience.
**Tickets do not need to be purchased ahead of time, however, RSVP here by emailing Jess at Wildlight Montana to save your spot in advance. Space is limited. Please put the date(s) you’d like to attend in the subject of your email. You can Venmo Jess ahead of time or pay cash/Venmo the day of each event.
MoOnday Restorative Yoga + Sound
Join Nicole Rush (HumYogaSound) and Jessica Peeblson for a nourishing evening of restorative yoga and sound. Participants will be guided through a 75-minute all-levels restorative yoga practice, while bathing the room in the sound of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, harp, gong, chimes and more.
Please RSVP ahead of time as these events do sell out. You can reserve your space by sending us an email here.
Bring your own yoga mat and dress in comfy layers. All other yoga props provided.
Suggested donation: $20-25 per person, though no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Spring Tonic Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is one pathway to deepen the connection with breath, mind body and beyond, supporting practitioners in striking a balance with the busyness of daily life. Through longer, supported holds, the practice of Yin invites you to slow down and turn your awareness more inward. This meditative, grounding practice will focus on long holds in floor-based postures, that target deep connective tissues and activate the liver and gallbladder meridians in the body. Yin yoga is designed to increase flexibility and joint strength, while simultaneously soothing the nervous system, unwinding tension and building vitality.
In Yin’s five-element theory, Spring is the time of the wood element, the liver and gallbladder, and the nourishing power of Nature. Springtime energy signifies possibility, renewal, greater creativity and action. When the wood element is balanced, we feel peaceful, confident and motivated. When these subtle energies become blocked or stagnant in our body or mind, we can feel “stuck” or disoriented, and experience tension, fatigue and frustration. This special Springtime practice will thus focus on these themes and body organs, in attempt to build a personal connection with what’s happening for us internally with the outside world.
Suggested Donation: $10 per person

About Kate:
Kate is a dedicated long-time student of yoga and seasoned yoga teacher. She discovered the transformative power of Yin Yoga at a Sarah Powers workshop in 2011 and deepened her studies with the incredible Janell Harman. Inspired by her teachers, Kate’s Yin classes are influenced by the Taoist energetic principles and Traditional Chinese Medicine, focusing on balancing practices that are aligned with seasonal shifts and energetic cycles. These classes are designed with a calm, meditative approach and emphasize deep fascial and energetic release, offering an invitation to unwind from daily life and align with the current cycles of Nature. Kate aims to provide a safe, welcoming environment for students to turn inward, cultivate self-compassion and experience profound rest.

Heroic Breathwork w/Leif Bjelland
Join us for a live, group breathwork and sound journey and get your mind blown!
What is Heroic Breathwork? It’s a grounded, effective way to release tension, let go of over-thinking, and feel fully embodied and present in your life again. Rhythmic breathing set to an epic sound journey that propels you into YOU, and beyond.
The best thing about breathwork? If it gets overwhelming at any point, you slow the pace and just absorb the sound journey. When you’re ready to pick it back up, you can. Breathwork is an extremely effective way to reset your nervous system, improve vagal tone, and connect with yourself in a deeper way.
Each session will begin with an explanation, grounding, and then head into 60 minutes of solid breathing, with some optional time to share at the end or journal about your experience. Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary.
Contribution: $40
