Fall Transition Yin Yoga with Kate Towell

  • Wildlight Montana 11406 Wildlight Lane Alberton, MT, 59820 United States (map)

Autumn is a season of transition, slowing down, and letting go. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, fall is associated with the Metal element—inviting us inward to honor endings, complete cycles, gather what is essential, and gently release what we no longer need.

This grounding Yin Yoga practice works with the Lung and Large Intestine meridians, focusing on softening and releasing the chest, shoulders and side body, while making room for the breath.

Through deep, supported poses and longer holds, we’ll explore the physical and energetic qualities of the season: releasing tension, making space, and embracing the natural rhythm of change.

Come settle in, take a deep breath—and practice the big exhale.
